Customers in the continental U.S. whose non-preorder total is $50 or more receive the option for free shipping on their main order. This free shipping does not apply to any preorder items that the order might contain.
Shipping
Domestic and international orders are shipped by FedEx so that we can provide tracking numbers in
case of a shipping problem. FedEx will not ship to Post Office boxes, or to military APO or FPO addresses,
so please provide a street address. White Wolf will not ship to prison or correctional facility addresses due
to the high number of refusals and returns. Once your order is shipped you will receive an
automated email from Federal Express with your tracking number. If you have made a pre-order
you will receive an automated email when the item ships.
Please note that an order placed after 11 A.M. Eastern Standard Time will not ship until
the next business day--we do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Also holiday
periods, in the case of Thanksgiving and Christmas for example, may extend delays for several
days.
If your return email address given at the time of order proves to be invalid and bounces the
acknowledgement message back to us, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.
Obviously, if you have given us incorrect contact information, then we cannot give you notice.
Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-ordered item (or items) by using the Contact Us
link. However, there will be a cancellation fee of $2.00 or 20% of the value of the book(s),
whichever is greater. A delay in the release of a product does not waive the cancellation fee.
If White Wolf cancels an item the price will be refunded to you at the full amount.
