All prices and fees listed are in United States Dollars. All payments must be in United States
Dollars. International orders may only be paid by credit card. Residents of Georgia must pay
sales tax.
To order online you must use your Credit Card or pay via PayPal. We take Visa, Mastercard and
Discover. Please note that using someone else's credit card is illegal. Also, due to U. S.
postal regulations and our local post office, we cannot ship to military APO or FPO addresses.
Please provide a street address.
Pre-orders
We offer our customers the opportunity to pre-order many of our books and products
up to three months in advance. Your credit card will be charged for both the in-stock items and
the pre-ordered items at the time of the initial purchase. In addition, pre-ordering a book does
not mean you will receive it before it arrives in retail stores.
Shipping costs: Orders containing pre-order items will be split into a number of packages
according to how many different pre-order items are in the order. If you order multiple copies
of a given pre-order item, they will be consolidated into one shipment. For example, if your
order contains 5 non pre-order items, 3 copies of one pre-order item, and 1 copy of a different
pre-order item, then the order will be split into 3 shipments (one for the non pre-order items,
and one for each pre-order item). The costs for calculating these shipments are based on the
average weight (so if the above order totalled 10 lbs, it would be charged as if it were 3
shipments of 3.33 lbs each).
If you pre-order items on a Next Day or 2nd Day order, you will be charged full Next Day or 2nd
Day shipping for each additional item. If you do not want your pre-order item to ship Express,
then please order Next Day or 2nd Day orders on an order separate from your pre-orders.
White Wolf is not responsible for international customs taxes or fees.
Free Shipping Option
Customers in the continental U.S. whose non-preorder total is $50 or more receive the option
for free shipping on their main order. This free shipping does not apply to any
preorder items that the order might contain.
